Apollonia remained in the spotlight (if somewhat under the radar) as an actress in the ensuing decade with small television roles and minor films and even issued an exercise video. Apollonia released a CD in Spanish and English called Stay with Me in 1997. She returned to the school and received a degree in filmmaking.
